The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) has extended the deadline for Form 700 filers impacted by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
The FPPC updated its regulations to state that the deadline for filing the Form 700 has been extended to June 2, 2025 for public officials whose primary residence, primary work location, or Form 700 filing office (for charter school filers, the primary filing office is the charter school office) is within Los Angeles County.
Filing a Form 700 is required of all designated filers including charter school governing board members.
If you have any questions or need more information on how to file, you may wish to view CSDC’s recorded 2025 Governance & Ethics: Form 700 webinar or contact CSDC’s Governance and Policy Specialist, Caitlin O’Halloran Hellar, at caitlin@chartercenter.org.
