Technical Assistance
CSDC Members may access expert technical assistance from CSDC's Specialist team, addressing pressing charter school questions via phone or e-mail.
* Technical assistance inquiries are typically resolved within 48 hours. Complex and/or specialized technical assistance requests may take longer to resolve, allowing Specialists time for research and analysis. CSDC Members are allowed up to 5 hours of technical assistance per year. Extensive requests may require a consulting agreement.
